The Write Connection (TWC) is a multi-award-winning MOE-registered English and writing enrichment brand in Singapore. Since our establishment in 2012, our highly-effective pedagogy and philosophy of teaching from the heart have helped more than 17,000 children and youths achieve their dream grades.

New to Teaching? No problem!
Experience can be gained, but passion cannot be taught. This is why TWC started our successful Teaching Apprenticeship Programme (TAP™) in 2017. This 3-month training programme is specially designed for passionate fresh graduates such as yourself, and has paved the way for hundreds of aspiring teachers over the years.
Through hands-on practice, comprehensive workshops, and on-the-job training and mentorship, this programme will provide you with the practice and experience needed to teach the TWC way. Upon completion of the 3-month training stint, you will be offered an attractive remuneration of $4,200/month.
*Stipend during the 3-month apprenticeship: $3,200/month

Dates of TAP™: 4 July - 3 October 2022
Requirements:
Degree qualified by a reputable university; related field of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications is a plus.
Possess high emotional intelligence.
Added advantage if you are familiar with the Singaporean education system and requirements of various examinations.
Good communication skills.
Excellent academic track record, particularly in English, English Literature and General Paper (GP). (Please state your English and GP grades.)
Willingness to develop teaching skills and attributes to teach and support students of all learning abilities and grade levels.
Desire to pursue a teaching career in TWC. Must be willing to work according to TWC ethos and pedagogy.
Must be able to work 3 weekdays and both weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
