Job Description

To grow our business into a strong world-class brand, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can spearhead our Talent Acquisition initiatives across our business functions.

  • Create and implement end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, job postings, facilitating interviews for/with hiring managers, selection, compensation proposals, negotiation of salary package, and on-boarding of new hires, to ensure it is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations, and gives a positive candidate experience;

  • Strategize and proactively plan recruitment activities/events, e.g. University career fairs, Virtual job fairs, etc.;

  • Actively engage line managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and advise on recruitment strategies and channels so as to hire the best and most relevant talent for our teams;

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external search consultants and vendors;

  • Proactively research and investigate innovative sourcing strategies;

  • Drive technology and optimize processes to enhance the overall recruitment process & efficiency

  • Ensure accurate and timely daily/weekly metrics reporting;

  • Administrate TA related invoices and cost tracking


Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:​

  • 3 to 4 years of proven track record in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter; experience in education sector is a plus

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Resourceful with good problem solving skills

  • Excellent communicator with the ability work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Team player with strong customer focus and service orientation

  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing and headhunting

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, experience with SuccessFactor is a plus

  • BA/BS degree with specialisation in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields
