The company comprises more than 100 passionate professionals dedicated to one mission: to nurture generations of critical yet compassionate thinkers who will lead meaningful lives. We are committed to deliver a first-class and well-rounded English Enrichment to our students and customers.
We are inviting all experienced teachers to teach English and English writing to Primary and / or Secondary School level students.
Job Description
As a passionate TWC English and Writing Teacher, your primary focus is to conduct engaging and student-centred TWC classes. You are meticulous in reviewing and marking students’ work, and are committed to providing close follow-up on your students’ development both academically and personally.
You believe that parents are important partners in your students’ educational journey and you endeavour to engage parents in their child’s progress. You work closely and professionally with your Reporting Officer and centre teams to deliver high quality service and the best outcomes for your students. You are independent in running your own teaching practice. You are a team player and enjoy working and contributing to a nurturing environment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is/has:

A Degree from a reputable university in related fields of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications. It is a plus if you have an Honours degree.

At least 1 year of teaching experience in English and/or Creative Writing in the tuition or enrichment industry in Singapore, or with the Ministry of Education.

Excellent academic track record, particularly in English, English Literature and General Paper (GP).

Willing to develop teaching skills and attributes to teach and support students of all learning abilities and grade levels.

Willing to adopt TWC's ethos and pedagogy.

Passionate about teaching English and Creative Writing to young learners.

Excellent work ethic.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
