We are inviting all experienced teachers to teach English and English writing to Primary and / or Secondary School level students.

Job Description

As an Adjunct Teacher, your primary focus will include:

  • Preparation and teaching of lessons the TWC way

  • Meticulous marking of students’ work

  • Communicate and work closely with parents to help students improve

  • Working closely and professionally with your Reporting Officer and centre teams to deliver high quality service and the best outcomes for your students

Requirements

Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

 

  1. Degree qualified by a reputable university; related field  of Law, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications is a plus.

  2. Minimum 1 year teaching experience in English and/or Creative Writing in a school setup or tuition centre. 

  3. Familiar with the Singaporean education system and requirements of various examinations. 

  4. Must be willing to work according to TWC ethos and pedagogy.

  5. Excellent work ethic.

  6. Must be able to commit to teaching a full academic year.

Renumeration

Our teaching rates:

  • Years of Experience: 5 and above - $85 to $160 (per lesson)

  • Years of Experience: 3 to 4 - $80 to $155 (per lesson)

  • Years of Experience: 1 to 2 - $70 to $150 (per lesson)

Note: Bonus will be given if specified criteria are met.
