What to expect at our Open House

In the first part of the session, your child will complete an independent assessment comprising a short writing and comprehension task. Our TWC teacher will step in to guide them if they need any assistance.

While your child is writing, we find out more from you about their school performance and needs, and share more about our curriculum. We will address any questions you may have about our programmes.

For the rest of the session, our TWC teacher will assess your child’s work on the spot with both you and your child.

We will identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and advise personalised strategies for your child. ​

How to book your session
If you require any assistance, please reach out to us.
1. Please book your session at your preferred centre below. Students from P1 to Sec 4 (2027 levels) are welcome to join any available time slot.
2. Click on the centre's Open House date (highlighted in blue) on the calendar. Select the available slots displayed.
3. Fill in the form and click on "Schedule Event". After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Our centre team will reach out to you in 2-3 working days to make payment.
FAQs about Open House Sessions​​
1. Is Open House available at other times of the year?
This is only available during this period for a limited time, we cannot promise any reruns.
2. Can I sit in while my child is doing their comprehension and writing exercises?
For your child to produce their most authentic work, we encourage them to complete their comprehension and writing exercises alone and independently in an exam-like setting. This helps us gain a clear and accurate understanding of their true abilities. During the exercises, our teacher will step in to assist them if required.
3. Can more than one child participate in the session?
To ensure each student receives sufficient time and personalised feedback from our teacher, we are only able to accommodate one child per session. If you have siblings, please book consecutive sessions.
4. What promotions can I enjoy after attending this session?
If you sign up on the same day after the consultation, you may enjoy $100 off Term 1 2027, which has higher savings than our 2027 Early Bird Promotion. This promotion can be enjoyed at any of the TWC centres.

5. What happens if I miss my session?
We will arrange for you to attend the session on an alternative date. However, if there are no more running sessions, you may choose to top up the fee for your child to experience a trial lesson.
