What to expect at The Writing Clinic

For the first 30 minutes, please drop your child off at the centre for an independent assessment comprising a short writing and comprehension task.

Please return for the final 15 minutes, where our TWC teacher will review your child’s work with both you and your child.

We will identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and advise personalised strategies for your child.

We will address any questions you may have about our programmes.

How to book your session
If you require any assistance, please reach out to us.
1. Please book your session at your preferred centre below:
2. Click on the centre's Writing Clinic date (highlighted in grey) on the calendar. Select the available slots on the right.
3. Fill in the form and click on "Schedule Event". After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Our centre team will reach out to you in 2-3 working days to make payment.
FAQs about The Writing Clinic
1. Is The Writing Clinic available at other times of the year?
This is only available during this period for a limited time, we cannot promise any reruns.
2. Can I sit in while my child is doing their comprehension and writing exercises?
For your child to produce their most authentic work, we encourage them to complete their comprehension and writing exercises alone and independently in an exam-like setting. This helps us gain a clear and accurate understanding of their true abilities. During the exercises, our teacher will step in to assist them if required.
3. Can more than one child participate in the session?
To ensure each student receives sufficient time and personalised feedback from our teacher, we are only able to accommodate one child per session.
4. What promotions can I enjoy after attending this session?
Our customer service team will be happy to share our prevailing and ongoing promotions which you are eligible to enjoy. If you are joining us before 21 June 2026, don't miss our Level Up for Term 3 promotion.
5. What happens if I miss my session?
We will arrange for you to attend the session on an alternative date. However, if there are no more running sessions, you may choose to top up the fee for your child to experience a trial lesson.
